I then asked whether they could substitute a black tumbler and add it to the order, or ship it separately without charging the expensive shipping fee again. The response I received appeared automated and simply repeated that the order could not be canceled, without addressing my question.

After I followed up about the black tumbler, I was told that management was looking into the issue. Since then, I have not received any further updates. I also reached out through the website contact form and have received no response.

Overall, the lack of communication and failure to address my actual concerns made for a frustrating customer service experience.
